SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:

1992 Olympic Games, Barcelona, 470 Silver Medalist
1986 Goodwill Games, Russia, Gold Medalist

     Floridians Morgan Reeser and Kevin Burnham have been
pursuing Olympic Gold for more than 15 years.  They teamed up to
sail a 420 while Morgan was still in high school, and won the
first regatta they sailed together. After college and work, the
duo resumed sailing as a team, with their earlier success
confirmed in later races.  They went to the 1986 Goodwill Games
where they won a Gold Medal.

     Injuries prevented Kevin from sailing in the 1988 Olympic
Trials and 1990 World Championships.  Resuming their Olympic
campaign, the duo sold t-shirts and lemonade at University of
Miami football games, and raffled off donated airline tickets and
cruises to raise money.  They attracted the attention of Biscayne
Bay Yacht Club which named them honorary life members and donated
$10,000 to build a new boat.  It all paid off when they won the
1992 Olympic Yachting Trials.  Morgan and Kevin won the Silver
Medal in the Olympic Regatta which came down to the last race and
favored the home-court Spaniards with the Gold.

	Success has not dampened their competitive drive.  Reeser and
Burnham feel that they are sailing better with less than a year
to the Olympic Regatta, than they were a year before the 1992
Olympics.  "This time we have an advantage over where we were
four years ago in that we know what worked last time," concludes
Reeser.
