| Frederick
W. Wrightson, vice president and deputy chief operating officer. Has worked
with Bill Koch since 1985. He helped build the 1992 America3 team and played
a variety of roles during the Cup campaign. An accomplished sailor, Wrightson
spent eight years as a corinthian crew member on Bill Koch's Matador and
Matador2 maxi boats, competing in six Maxi World Championships and many
other big-boat races. He spent the 20 years prior to that in management
and as an entrepreneur, starting or taking over a number of businesses.
He has a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and a master's degree
