| M. Brad Robinson,
vice president and chief financial officer. Has been involved with the America3
Foundation and the Oxbow Corporation since 1989. He is vice president and
treasurer of the Foundation, for which he is directly responsible for corporate
legal, tax affairs, financial and general business functions. Robinson is
also manager of business operations for Oxbow. Prior to that, he spent 13
years in a variety of increasingly responsible financial positions at Tenneco
Oil Company in Houston, Texas. He has a bachelor's degree from Nicholls
State University and is a certified public accountant. (3/9/94) |
